Back Pain Resilience Program
The Back Pain Resilience Program was created by a Physical Therapist who truly understands the journey. She has personally experienced an L5-S1 disc herniation, failed rehabilitation attempts, and postpartum sciatica flare-ups.
This program was specifically designed for active women and moms who no longer want to feel stuck, limited, or held back by back pain.
The program is structured around four key components:
- Unlocking Your Mobility
- The Core 360 Plan
- Muscle Up – focused on improving overall strength
- Training Day – tailored to your specific sport or activity interests
What’s Included
- An 8-week guided program
- Weekly 1-on-1 virtual coaching sessions
- Five 15–30 minute workouts per week through the BackinstridePT app
- Ongoing virtual support throughout the program as needed
